We are an online retailer and our physical location is not open to the public.
We charge a non-refundable preorder fee upfront to reserve your fabric. You will receive an email when you order is ready to be shipped and you will pay the remaining cost at that time. Please read our Pre-Order Info in detail before placing a preorder.

All orders are mailed Canada Post Expedited with tracking. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order is shipped. Oceanview Quilt is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
