Shipping

Shipping is offered within Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars. 

Unless otherwise stated, orders will be shipped weekly on Monday or Wednesday. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited or Prepaid Boxes, with a tracking number & $100 Insurance.
Shipping times vary depending on destination, but average 2 - 10 business days. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. LETTERMAIL SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR SMALL FLAT ORDERS ONLY, BUT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE HAVE NO WAY OF TRACKING LETTERMAIL PACKAGES.

Return Policy

Due to differences in displays, colours shown may vary slightly from the actual product. We do not offer refunds for incorrect colours or excess product. If you are trying to match a specific shade, we recommend you order a smaller sample amount to ensure the colour is correct for you.

No returns or refunds on any cut fabric or handmade items.

In the event of a flawed or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a refund.
